30-day money-back guarantee
If you bought a course and it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. The guarantee goes beyond the legal minimum: because you asked for immediate access at checkout, the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply.
How to ask
Request a refund from your account, or email us from the address you bought with. We'll confirm by email.
What happens next
- The refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it.
- Your access to the course ends when the refund is processed, along with Producer Track eligibility.
- If you paid in a non-GBP currency, the amount you get back can differ slightly because of exchange rates.
Payment disputes
If you dispute a payment with your bank, access is paused while it's reviewed. Please contact us first — it's usually quicker.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. From January 2027, new subscriptions also come with a 14-day cooling-off period.
